Way 2 is much more easier than way 1, u can make it by just typing the real forum link in the adress bar http://stpaulfamily.heavenforum.org/ and then each time u want to read the arabic language right click and Encoding/arabic language

if it does not work so
Right click Encoding/any other language rather than arabic
and then Right click encoding/arabic language but dont forget first to write the real forum link http://stpaulfamily.heavenforum.org/ instead of
